FOUNDER & MD

Mr. D. N. Shukla – the visionary behind M K Aircon, established the company in 1999 with the vision of “Innovative Solutions Provider Globally in HVAC & R Systems”. A Mechanical Engineer, in RFM, Dip. In Sales & Marketing and Marketing Management from IIM, Ahmedabad is an extraordinary dynamic, self-made entrepreneur.

Taking the reins as managing director at the age of 31, Mr. Shukla brings a wealth of experience in shaping strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, and expanding into new markets. His expertise extends to developing service offerings, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering strong client relationships. With a keen eye for innovation, he provides invaluable guidance for product development and expansion into new applications.

Mr. D. N. Shukla has an extensive background and experience in esteemed multinational corporations like Voltas Ltd., A.E.Co., Searle (I) Ltd. and Batliboi Limited. His deep technical knowledge and proficiency in designing and servicing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Systems further solidify his standing in the industry.

Apart from this, he was active in various places, which are as mentioned below:

He is passionate about nurturing talent and emphasizing the human side of enterprise, he focuses on driving the data backbone of the company across the people and performance dimensions.

He is a commerce graduate and known for his ability to think outside the box.
